摘要
增效黄连素胶囊中含有盐酸黄连素和甲氧苄氨嘧啶,本文采用紫外分光光度法在波长349.6 nm处不经分离直接测定盐酸黄连素的含量,用三波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶的含量。方法简便、快速、回收率高,测定结果与陕西药品标准基本一致,取得了满意的结果。
Synergic berberine capsule contains berberine hydro chloride and trimethoprim (TMP). Berberine hydrochloride was directly determined at 349. 6nm wavelength by using ultra-violet spectrophotometry without separation. trimethoprim was determined by using three-wavelength spectrophotometry, respectively. This method is with simplicity, rapidity and high recovery. Its results are basically the same as that of the method used by Shaanxi Provincial Pharmacopiea.
