分析了１９９８ 年８月到１９９９ 年４月中旬桂林发生的秋冬春连旱的特征， 对干旱成因作了分析， 指出各季节中影响桂林的主要天气系统的异常变化和西南低压的增强、环流稳定以及中南半岛高压（脊）

Features and contributing factors of the sustained drought from August 1998 to the middle April 1999 in Guilin are analyzed, and it is pointed out that anomalous variations of main synoptic systems influencing Guilin,strong southeast low,stable circulations,and strong Indochina high are main contributing factors to the sustained drought.
