HLA与扩张型心肌病的关联研究

RELATION BETWEEN HLA AND DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY

用微量淋巴细胞毒试验检测了20例扩张型心肌病患者的HLA—A、B抗原,并检测了北方汉族无血缘关系的健康人103例作对照。结果发现RR在3以上者有HLA-A28、A31及HLA—B27,但经Fisher确切P值及校正P值处理后,无显著性差异。故未发现与扩张型心肌病有关联的HLA抗原。

This paper reports a study on the relation between HLA and dilated cardiomyopathy. Twenty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 103 control subjects of the Han nationality without blood relationship residing in Shaanxi were examined. HLA typing was done by the standard microlymphocytotoxin technique by using 20 cases HLA-A. B. Specificities. we found that RR over three in group of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy was HLA-A28, A31 and HLA-B27. But after dealing with Fisher's P value and correcting P value, no HLA Antigen correlated with dilated cardiomyopathy were detected in this study.
