摘要
文章以重庆市1 139名大学生为调查对象,通过对大学生的需要现状进行调查发现,就业需要已成为当今大学生最强烈和最希望得到满足的需要,强烈的就业需要促使大学生对高校人才培养提出了新的要求,对此,提出高校应以社会需求为导向推动人才培养模式的改革,着力构建与社会发展要求相适应的高校人才培养体系。
We investigated the employment need of 1 139 undergraduates in Chongqing and found out that the employment need is the strongest one of social needs.Based on the analysis,we suggested that the reform of talent training mode in universities and colleges should be carried out to meet the social requirements.
