近3届世界大冬会体育场馆建设与赛后利用比较研究

A Comparative Study of Construction and Post Game Uses of Sports Venues among the Latest Three Sessions of World University Winter Games

运用文献资料、数理统计和专家访谈等研究方法,对近3届世界大学生冬季运动会体育场馆建设、布局和赛事利用等方面进行研究。结果显示:第22、23届世界大冬会主要以改建和建设临时场馆为主,资金投入较少,第24届世界大冬会场馆以新建为主,资金投入较多;因斯布鲁克市的比赛场馆布局较紧凑,都灵和哈尔滨市的比赛场馆布局相对分散;因散布鲁克市和都灵市在大冬会举办后将大部分场馆转成赢利性场馆,哈尔滨市受我国经济体制的制约,大冬会场馆的经营权存在较大分歧,场馆赢利能力较差。据此提出哈尔滨大冬会比赛场馆赛后综合利用策略。

Using methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and expert interview, the present paper studied the construction, distribution and post game uses in the latest three sessions of World University Winter Games. The results showed that, in the 22^nt and 23^rd World University Winter Games, the funding was relatively small and the sports venues were mainly rebuilt or built for temporary uses, while in the 24^th Games, the funding was relatively big and the sports venues were mainly newly constructed. The layout of venues in Ince Brooks is relatively compact, while those of Turin and Harbin are relatively scattered. Ince Brooks and Turin have turned most of their venues into profitable places, while Harbin, restricted by the economic system in China, still has difficulties in venue operations. Therefore, measures were suggested for the comprehensive post game uses for Harbin venues.
