摘要
运用文献资料法等,对美国、澳大利亚、中国的运动奖学金管理现状进行分析。结果显示:美国、澳大利亚已形成与各自国情及竞技体育体制相适应、并能产生巨大社会效益的运动奖学金管理体系,而我国运动奖学全管理尚存在诸多问题。从省市高水平运动队、高等体育院校、普通高校3方面探寻我国运动奖学金管理的发展策略。
The current situation of athletic scholarship management in the US, Australia and China has been studied on the basis of literature review. Both the US and Australia have developed an athletic scholarship management system which suits national conditions and sports systems of their own countries and in the meanwhile generate huge social benefits, whereas there are many problems in China in this aspect. Therefore the strategies for the development of athletic scholarship management in China are put forward from provincial high-performance sport teams, universities and colleges of sports and PE, and ordinary universities and colleges.
