摘要
设计、合成了一系列聚异戊二烯基三胺化合物,目标化合物结构均经过核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析确认;利用MTT法测试了目标化合物对人白血病细胞K562和人肝癌细胞Bel-7402的体外抗肿瘤活性.结果表明,目标化合物对两种肿瘤细胞的生长均有较强的抑制活性.
A series of polyisoprenylamines were designed and synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectrometry(MS) and element analysis.In the meantime,MTT assay was adopted to evaluate the prelimilary antitumor activity of as-synthesized products against human leukemia cell(K562) and hepatocarcinoma cell(Bel-7402).It was found that target compounds possessed potent inhibitory activity against tumor cells K562 and Bel-7402.
