苯磺酰甘氨酸合镨配合物的合成及晶体结构

摘要 以苯磺酰甘氨酸(BsglyH)为主配体合成了一维链状配位聚合物[Pr2(Bsgly)6(H2O)4]n.nDMF.1.25nH2O,表征了其晶体结构;采用圆滤纸片和琼脂平板法测定了配合物的抑菌性能.结果表明,配合物属三斜晶系,Pī空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.309 3(4)nm,b=1.644 1(4)nm,c=1.714 3(4)nm,α=71.787(9)°,β=75.889(9)°,γ=82.054(11)°,V=3.391 7(15)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.044 3,wR2=0.083 8.配合物对乙型溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定程度的抑菌活性. One dimensional coordination polymer [Pr2(Bsgly)6(H2O)4]n·nDMF·1.25nH2O(BsglyH refers to N-(benzenesulfonyl) glycine;DMF refers to dimethyl furmamide) was synthesized by using BsglyH as the main ligand.The crystal structure of the synthesized product was characterized;and its anti-bacteria performance was evaluated by using filter paper disk and agar plate test.Results reveal that as-synthesized coordinate compound belongs to triclinic system with Pī space group.It has cell parameters of :a = 1.309 3(4) nm,b = 1.644 1(4) nm,c = 1.714 3(4) nm,α = 71.787(9) °,β = 75.889(9)°,γ = 82.054(11)°,V = 3.391 7(15) nm3,Z = 2,R1 = 0.044 3,and wR2 = 0.083 8.Besides,the coordination compound possessed some anti-bacterial activity against beta-hemolytic streptococcus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.
