长期小剂量西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍58例

Therapy of Long Period and Low Dose Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction(Report of 58 cases)

目的探讨长期、小剂量西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效和相关机制。方法分析2004年12月至2009年10月间我院门诊收治的部分ED患者长期、小剂量西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床资料。结果 58例患者接受了为期6周的小剂量西地那非治疗。IIEF-5评分在服药第2周(16.47±2.71)、第6周(22.59±2.52)较治疗前(6.39±2.66)提高显著,勃起硬度Ⅲ、Ⅴ级比率在服药第2周(87.93%)、第6周(96.55%)较治疗前(0.034%)改善也很明显,48例(82.75%)患者IIEF-5评分、勃起硬度增高至正常;停药后第6周复诊,51例(87.93%)患者疗效维持。结论长期、小剂量西地那非对中青年ED患者疗效良好、持久,安全性高,有望成为中国男性ED治疗的新选择。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low dose sildenafil over long period for erectile dysfunction.Methods The clinical information of 58 cases with ED between December,2004 and October,2009 was retrospectively analysised.Results All the patients took low-dose sidenafil for 6 weeks.Erectile function improved after 2 weeks and the curative effect was obvious after 6 weeks.IIEF-5 scores after 2 weeks（16.47±2.71） and after 6 weeks（22.59±2.52）were obviously improved than those of pretherapy（6.39±2.66）.Erectile hardness after 2 weeks and after 6 weeks were also obviously improved than those of pretherapy.IIEF-5 scores and erectile hardness of 48 patients（82.75%）raised up to normal.The curative effect maintained on 51 cases（87.93%） for at least 6 weeks after therapy.Conclusion Low dose Sildenafil over a long period may be an effective and safe way to improve the erectile function for ED patients,especially for young and middle-aged patients.Therefore,it can become a new choice for Chinese male patients with erectile dysfunction.
