负压封闭引流治疗严重软组织损伤临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察负压封闭引流技术对严重软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法将45例严重软组织损伤不能做一期缝合的病人根据入院时间分为治疗组24例(负压封闭引流治疗,VSD)和对照组21例(常规换药治疗)。常规清创后,治疗组使用负压封闭引流技术对创面进行治疗,对照组使用常规换药对创面进行治疗,待创面肉芽新鲜后再行植皮或者肌皮瓣转移覆盖创面,治疗后3周评估临床疗效,统计3周内两组病例愈合率及愈合时间。结果治疗组3周后治愈率明显高于对照组;创面平均愈合时间治疗组明显比对照组缩短。结论负压封闭引流技术是一种适合治疗严重软组织损伤的有效措施,操作简便,容易掌握且疗效显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage on severe soft tissue injury treatment.Methods 45 cases of severe soft tissue injury incapable of primary suture were divided into treatment group with 24 patients(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD) and the control group with 21 cases(conventional dressing therapy) according to admission time.After conventional debridement,the treatment group was treated with the vacuum sealing closure on wound treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional dressing.The clinical efficacy of all patients was assessed at 3 weeks after treatment in addition to the statistics of the healing rate and healing time in both groups in 3 weeks.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group after 3 weeks was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Being effective,manageable,vacuum sealing drainage is suitable for the treatment of severe soft tissue injury and worth applying widely.
