摘要
本论文主要研究了电梯限速器测试装置的速度采集方法,在PC机与PLC串行通信协议的基础上,首先阐述了三菱FX1N系列PLC与上位计算机、编码器、伺服电机之间的通信,介绍了PLC与上位计算机通信的硬件连接以及通信协议;接着研究了速度采集所用到的器件及速度采集的算法。
This paper mainly studies the elevator over speed governor test platform.First,in the basis of PC/PLC serial communication protocol,this article gives full explanation on the communication among the Mitsubishi FX1N series PLC,PC,encoders and servo motor.It explains the methods to realize communication between PC and PLC and introduced communication protocols as well as hardware connections between them.Second,in this article,it provided an analysis on the device and algorithm that used in speed acquisition.
