摘要
针对公乌素地区16号煤层具体条件,采用正交实验方法,运用FLAC2D数值试验系统,研究浅埋深综放采场工艺参数,得出最优化的工作面开采工艺参数。研究结果表明:开采工艺参数对顶煤破坏性影响程度主次排序为:控顶距>采高>放煤步距>支架支护阻力>支架合力作用点位置。确定的合理工艺参数为:底层采高2.75m,控顶距4.75m,支架工作阻力5500kN/架,放煤步距0.8m,支架合力作用点距煤壁2.0m。
According to actual condition of 16th coal-seam in Gongwusu area,orthogonal test method was applied to obtaining optimized technique parameters of full-mechanized caving mining shallow buried coal-seam with FLAC2D.Results showed that influence degree sequence of technique parameters on top-coal damage might was: roof controlling distancemining heightcaving pacesupporting resistance of powered supportaction point place of composition forces of powered support.Rational technique parameters might be confirmed as follows.Coal cutting height was 2.75m,roof controlling distance was 4.75m,working resistance of powered support was 5500kN,caving pace was 0.8m,and distance of action point place of composition forces from coal wall was 2.0m.
