摘要
对天津盐碱土中6种菊科植物的AMF共生状况进行了研究,结果表明:所调查植物均被菌根真菌侵染,但不同植物的侵染率不同,孢子密度也有较大差异,菌根侵染率和孢子密度显著不相关(p=0.495,r=0.353,n=6)。根际土的盐分含量整体均较低,最高为1.92mg·g-1。根际土壤中共发现2属22种AMF的孢子,其中球囊霉属19种,无梗囊霉属3种。柑橘球囊霉,地球囊霉,何氏球囊霉,单孢球囊霉,凹坑球囊霉,地表球囊霉是出现频度较高的6个种。
The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) status of six plants of Compositae in saline alkaline soil of Tianjin was surveyed. It was found that all the plants formed AMF. The colonization rate and spore density was different among the different plants. No significant correlation was detected between AM fungal spore density and colonization rate. The salt content of rhizosphere soil was low. Twenty-two species of AMF belonging to two genera, Acaulospora, Glomus, were recorded by means of a preliminary resource investigation of AMF in the rbizosphere soils, three species belong to Acaulospora and nineteen species belong to Glomus. Six species, G. citricolum, G. geosporum, G. hoi, G. monosporum, G. multiforum, G. versiforme occurred at high frequency.
