饲喂鸡蛋对种公牛精液品质的影响

Effect of Basal Diet with Eggs on the Semen Quality of Bulls

选择16头荷斯坦种公牛,随机分为2组,对照组只饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加鸡蛋,试验期为1个月,观察对荷斯坦种公牛的精液量、精子密度、精子活率、畸形率、性反射时间的影响。结果表明:在日粮中添加鸡蛋后,试验组的精液量、精子密度、冻精活率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);鲜精活力、畸形率、性反射时间与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Sixteen Holstein bulls were allocated to two groups randomly. The test group was fed on the basal diet with eggs and the control group was only fed on a basal diet during one month. The experiment was observed the effect of the basal diet with eggs on the semen volume, sperm density, sperm density, deformity rate and reflex time of Holstein bull. The results indicated that semen volume, sperm density and activity rate after defrosting in the test group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; while the difference of fresh semen activity rate, deformity rate, reflex time was not prominent （P〉0.05）.
