摘要
对牛初乳中富含的免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、乳过氧化物酶、溶菌酶等多种免疫因子的稳定性、分离纯化技术以及相应生物学功能的研究进展进行了综合分析,为牛初乳进一步开发提供参考。
Bovine colostrums naturally contains rich immunoglobulin, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, lysozyme and other immune factors.The stability and bioactivities of these immune factors, the isolation and purification in progression were discussed as well to provide reference for the further development of colostrums.
