摘要
利用有限元分析方法对 14吨球磨机进行了应力计算 ,圆筒部分利用板壳元 ,轴部分用三维实体单元 ,得到了球磨机的变形及应力分布 ,指出了危险截面位置及应力大小。计算结果表明 ,球磨机的强度分析不能简单地用梁模型 ,球磨机有较大的强度储备 ,可进一步对壁厚进行优化。
We have get the distribution of deformation and stress of a 14T mill,and point out the position of danger profile and its stress value,through computed with infinite elements model in which cylinder is proceeded as plate shell and axis is did as solid elements.The result indicate that the strength analysis with beam model of mill is not suitable,and the cylider thickness can be optimized for there is a lot storage with mill strength.The result could provided a base of mill design.
