摘要
本文报道了Nafion/甲基紫精(MV)修饰铂微电极制备气氧传感器,并研究了其电化学行为及在气氧测定中的应用。利用Nafion膜中的磺酸基团与甲基紫精间的交换吸附作用制成的Nafion/MV修饰铂微传感器对氧具有很好的催化还原作用。采用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)及微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)等实验手段证明了该传感器具有很好的灵敏度、选择性和较好的抗污染能力。应用于气氧测定时,该传感器响应时间小于3_s,平行测定10次气氧浓度,平均偏差为1.9%。
Nafion/methyl viologen(MV) has been chemically modified on a platinum mi-croelectrode. The electrochemistry of the Nafion/MV modified microelectrode is investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) show that the Nafion/MV modified microelectrode exhibits very high electrocatalytic activity toward dioxygen reduction with good reproducibility and high sensitivity. The response time of the microsensor for dioxygen measurement is less than 3s. For 10 parallel measurement of dioxygen,it is found that the relative standard deviation (RSD) is about 1.9%.
