摘要
高含硫油气田中管道腐蚀非常严重。文章在分析了管道硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂机理的基础上,通过选取抗硫化物腐蚀材料(管材和焊材)、消氢处理、焊后热处理等方法,取得了比较好的效果,减小了管道的腐蚀程度,使管道能够安全、平稳、正常运行,延长了管道的使用年限。
Pipeline corrosion in the oil and gas field with high sulfur content is very serious. This paper analyzes the cracking mechanism of sulfide stress corrosion in pipelines.Through selecting methods,including anti—sulfide corrosion materials(including pipe and welding materials), hydrogen removal treatment,post—weld heat treatment,relatively good results are achieved. Therefore,the corrosion degree of the pipelines is abated,which guarantees the safe, stable and normal operation and prolongs the service life of the pipelines.
