摘要
某石化公司炼油厂蒸汽发生器在高温下长期服役后,母材和焊接接头发生脆化。在分析了设备的工作条件及Incoloy800、15CrMoR、0Cr25Ni20多种耐热合金钢的使用性能、焊接特性后,改进了设备选材,通过选取合适的焊接材料、焊接规范保证了设备的使用性能。
After long—term service at high temperature, embrittlement often occurs on the base metal and welding joint in the steam generator of an oil refinery of some petrochemical company.After analyzing the equipment operating condition,the service performance and welding performance of several heat—resistant alloys, such as Incoloy800,15CrMoR,0Cr25Ni20,materials selected for the equipment have been im- proved.Through selecting appropriate welding materials and welding variables,the service performance of the can be guaranteed.
