摘要
文章将裂解炉炉壁板等效为拉压斜杆,并根据相关基本假定,推导了等效杆件截面面积计算公式;通过采用板元代替炉壁板和等效拉压杆件代替炉壁板两种方法,对裂解炉框架进行计算,计算结果分析比较后发现二者在结构位移方面能较好的吻合,但是,在结构框架柱的内力方面计算结果有差距。
According to the correlative basic assumption, this paper applies the equivalent change between the wallboard of cracking furnace and the inclined tension and compression rods.And it derives the formula to compute the area of the section of the simplified inclined tension and compression rods.The paper makes calculations of the cracking furnace frame through two methods,including adopting plate element and inclined tension and compression rods to substitute the wallboard in cracking furnace. After comparing and analyzing the calculation results,it is found out that the structural displacement from the two methods tallies with each other,yet the results differ in the internal force of the frame column.
