摘要
罐顶网壳在进行有限元外压稳定计算时,计算模型中的边缘结构通常只考虑16倍顶层罐壁厚度的罐壁截面的抗拉作用,此截面以下的罐壁截面对网壳变形的约束作用被简化为作用在边缘结构上的一致的位移边界条件。经文章计算表明,如果在有限元计算模型中包括全部罐壁,并与网壳结构一起进行整体计算,60m空间三角形罐顸网壳在设计外载荷作用下的最大竖向位移只相当于非全罐壁计算模型的约53%,而外压稳定临界载荷增加了约5%。
In the finite element analysis on the stability of reticulated spherical shell for tank dome roof under external pressure,the tensile reaction of the edge structure in the FEA module generally include only the portion of the tank shell for a distance of 16 times the plate thickness from the top of shell.The effect below the portion of the shell is considered to be the structural boundary conditions at the ring structure of the dome roof.Through calculation and analysis in this paper,it is indicated that the maximum vertical displacement of the FEA module involving all tank shell is only about 53%of the module including portion tank shell,and the critical load of stability under external pressure is in- creased by about 5%.
