摘要
应用AFS–930型双道原子荧光光度计,在选定仪器条件下,建立氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法测定砷含量方法。以测定大米砷含量为例,研究仪器条件,主要包括负高压、灯电流、载气流量、屏蔽气流量等对测定结果影响,同时对硼氢化钠(钾)浓度、载流酸度等反应条件进行探讨;在0~10μg/L范围内,砷(As)浓度与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999、加标回收率为95.2%~108.5%、RSD≤5.3%,从而验证该法可行性。
The method of HG–AFS was built for the determination of the arsenical content using AFS–930 atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Taking the measurement of arsenic in rice as an example,the conditions of the instrument,including minus high voltage,current of light,flux of carrier gas,flux of shielding airflow,were studied.Meanwhile,the reactive conditions of the concentration of NaBH4 or KBH4,acid of carrier liquid,were discussed.Under the optimized conditions,the working curve was linear in the range of 0~10μg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The recoveries were 95.2%~108.5%,and the RSD were no more than 5.3%.It was proved that the method was available for analysing the arsenical content.
