摘要 抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX,EC1.11.1.11)是植物体内尤其是叶绿体中清除H2O2的关键酶.就抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的酶学特性、基因家族成员组成与细胞内分布、基因诱导表达特性与其在基因工程中的应用做了介绍,并讨论了其进一步的研究方向. Ascorbate peroxidase(APX,EC1.11.1.11) is a key enzyme which is responsible for H2O2 detoxication in plants,especially in chloroplast.In this paper,molecule mechanism of APX,such as enzyme characteristic,members in gene family,distributing in cells,inducible expression property of the gene and application in genetic engineering were reviewed.Potential researches in future about molecule mechanism of APX were also discussed.
