摘要
在简要概括外啮合齿轮泵困油现象的基础上,综述了困油及困油模型的国内外研究情况,并对相关研究做了评述后认为,现有的静态困油模型存在考虑因素过于简单,基础量计算比较粗糙等缺陷.鉴于此,在综合考虑含气、油液离心力、侧板倾斜、卸荷槽以及齿轮副振动等因素的基础上,结合齿轮泵的动力学特性,重点描述了动态困油模型.最后,就动态模型存在的不足之处进行了分析,并指出后续研究的方向.
Based on brief summary of trapped-oil phenomenon of external spur-gear pump,current both domestic and abroad research progress of trapped-oil and trapped-oil model was reviewed and commented,which result in that there are many defects,such as incomprehensive factors and low precise calculation of the basic amount in current static trapped-oil model.Therefore,based on fully consideration of the influence of percentage of gas in trapped-oil,centrifugal force of trapped-oil,sloping side-panel,unloading groove and vibration of gear pairs on trapped-oil pressure,dynamic trapped-oil model combining dynamic properties of gear pairs of external spur-gear pump was mainly described.Finally,the shortage of current dynamic trapped-oil model was analyzed and subsequent research direction was specified.
