摘要 胡尖山地区地层复杂,钻井时井漏频繁,砾石掉块、煤层坍塌严重,导致水平井钻井施工速度慢、风险大。针对钻井施工中存在的技术难题,开展了一系列技术攻关,形成了适应不同地层的堵漏技术措施和各井段钻井提速方案,特别是确定了一开和二开堵漏钻井液体系及完井钻井液方案,形成了一整套水平井提速钻井液技术及工程技术措施。优选的聚合物正电胶屏蔽暂堵钻井液体系在该油田AP3井进行了试验应用,结果表明,该方案解决了胡尖山油田钻井中出现的井漏、煤层坍塌、粘卡等难题,减少了井下故障的发生,提高了钻井速度,建井周期明显缩短,为该油田的有效开发提供了技术支持。 The Hujianshan area has complicated formation. Circulation lost,broken gravels and coal bed collapse caused low drilling speed and great risk during horizontal well drilling. According to the technical difficulties occurred in drilling, a series of technical researches was carried out. Different lost circulation plugging methods for different formation were developed, and schemes to increase ROP for each section were developed. The complete drilling fluid system and drilling fluid for lost circulation plugging in first and second spud sections were optimized. A series of horizontal well drilling fluid technology and drilling technical measures were formed. Field application in Well AP3 of Hujianshan Oilfield showed that this system solved the problems of lost circulation, coal bed collapse and pipe sticking. It also reduced the occurrence of downhole accidents, increased ROP, shortened the drilling cycle, and provided technical support for effective exploitation of this field.
