摘要
以提高装备维修效率、减少装备维修成本为目标,对精益六西格玛(lean six Sigma,LSS)在美军基地级维修中的应用进行研究。针对美军基地级维修存在的问题和具备的优势,采用"定义—测量—分析—改进—控制"流程,对工作流程进行改进和完善,并简析美军维修基地应用案例。结果表明,精益六西格玛管理能有效减少维修过程中的变异与浪费,提高装备的战备完好性。
The application of Lean Six Sigma(LSS) in the U.S.army's depot-level maintenance was studied,which was based on the goal of improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the cost of equipment maintenance.In allusion to the advantages and problems in the U.S.depot-level maintenance,the flow of "define-measure-analyze-improve-control" was adopted in order to improve the work process.The cases in U.S.army's depots show that lean six sigma can reduce the waste and variation in maintenance work flow,and increase the readiness of the equipments.
