结合宏观经济与公路交通发展的实际,阐述了建设海上距离21.5 km的台州市大陈岛跨海大桥之必要性与可行性,提出了以桥促港、以桥兴岛、以港立市的战略构想。

Combining the actual macroeconomic and highway traffic development,the paper described the necessity and feasibility of the construction of cross-sea bridge 21.5 km offshore from Taizhou Dachen island and proposed the strategic concept to promote the port by the bridge,to be prosperous by the bridge and to set up the city by the port.
