摘要
速度目标值是铁路项目主要技术标准中的核心标准,其标准的确定应综合考虑项目功能定位和时间目标值要求、与相邻路网速度目标值协调以及投资效益等因素。文中对皖赣铁路扩能改造工程不同速度目标值方案进行了综合分析比较,推荐其速度目标值宜采用200 km/h预留250km/h方案。
Target speed plays an important role in selecting construction plans for railway project.It should meet the requirements of the project.A reasonable determination of target speed directly relates traveling time,the speed of neighbor railway and the investments of the project.In this paper,target time,matching relation with neighbor railway and the investments of the project are synthetically analyzed and a target speed,200km/h reserved 250 km/h,is recommended for the Wangan project.
