摘要
压力机传动机构调试工作的好坏,直接影响压力机的滑块运动精度,从而影响模具的寿命及制品的质量。分析了影响伺服双点压力机精度的主要因素,建立数学分析模型,借助SCILAB软件进行运算求解,定量计算垂直度曲线与各因素之间的联系,为调试工作及维修工作的决策提供可靠的依据,提高了伺服双点压力机的调试效率。
The debugging work of double-point press influences the precision of press directly.Sequentially,it influences the life of dies and quality of product.Major factors for precision of servo double point press have been analyzed,mathematic model has been built,and the model is solved by SCILAB,to educe the relation between depth of parallelism and every factor,to offer reliable reasons for debugging job and servicing.So,the efficiency of debugging servo double point press will be increase.This paper can also offer reference for the analysis of other machines.
