板料性能参数对覆盖件面畸变影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着汽车覆盖件高强度钢板的逐渐采用,材料性能引起的面畸变问题日益突出。以矩形柱面扁壳为模型,试验研究了拉深件的面畸变,通过有限元模拟与试验结果对比,证明用数值模拟方法研究面畸变问题是可靠的,并进一步分析了材料性能对面畸变的影响规律,结果表明:屈服强度越小,硬化指数越大;厚向异性指数越大,硬化强度越小,面畸变越小。 Because of the trend in recent years towards higher strength metal sheet,surface deflection is increasingly becoming a more common and troublesome mode of failure in auto-body panels forming.In this paper,the surface deflection is studied through the experiment of the rectangle cylindrical shallow shell drawing parts.Numerical simulation methods that compared with experiment results on surface deflection are validated.And the influence law of material properties on surface deflection is achieved by numerical simulation analyses.The results show that surface deflection is decreased with decreasing yield strength,increasing Strain-hardening exponent,increasing anisotropy parameter,and decreasing strength coefficient.
