低摩擦高刚度数字式电液伺服油缸的应用探讨

摘要 介绍一种新电液数控方案,使用伺服电机驱动油泵、伺服电机和油泵先组成电液伺服泵,然后再与油缸组成电液伺服油缸,形成数字式电液伺服数控驱动,这种数控方式将纯电伺服电机的优点和液压执行机构高刚性、大推力、大扭矩有机结合在一起,是一种当需要大推力、大扭矩,而纯电伺服驱动又无法实现或不尽合理时,数控化的新途径新方法。 The new project of the Electro-hydraulic number control is to use the oil pump droved by servo motor.Servo motor and the oil pump compose to the Electro-hydraulic servo pump,and then compose the Electro-hydraulic servo cylinder with the cylinder.That is the digital Electro-hydraulic servo number control driving.This way combines with the virtue of the electrical servo motor and the high rigidity,high thrust,big torque of the hydraulic system.When electric servo system can not supply it the high thrust,big torque,which will be a new way of digital control.
