摘要
PLC作为新兴工业的自动控制器,具有功能齐全、性能稳定、体积小及很好的性价比等优点,在纺织行业得以广泛的应用。介绍用PLC对英国梳棉机的电气部分进行全面改造。分析了原梳棉机的结构、工作原理和改造要求,设计了改造方案。通过改造大大改善了梳棉机的出条质量和生产效率,而且维护方便、操作简单,为工厂节省了大量的能源和人力资本。
As an automatic controller of new industrial,PLC is of complete function,stable performance,small volume and very good cost-performance,etc and be used widely in textile industry.This paper mainly introduces using of PLC to improve electric parts of britain carding machine.The quality and production efficiency of carding machine are greatly improved through transforming.The improved machine is easy to operate and maintain.As the factory can save a lot of energy and human capital,and it's greatly appraised by factory leadership.
