摘要
研究主要应用于矿山自卸车前悬挂液氮缸上塑料导向套的工作状况,并对其提出三耐(耐压、耐磨、耐热) 要求,据此确定总体研制方案: (1) 合理选择主体塑料并进行三耐改性; (2) 进行塑料注射模具的设计与制造; (3) 最后采用注射工艺完成导向套的成型.三耐型塑料导向套已由本溪重型汽车制造有限公司安装到77 t 自卸车上,并在矿山现场运行3 000 h 以上,无拉缸、漏油现象发生.目前,该产品已投入批量生产.
The plastics guides sleeve with the performance of pressure\|resisting, wear\|resisting and heat\|resisting, which is used for front suspension hydraulic nitrogen cylinder of mining dumper, was disigned and manufactured. Selecting the main raw material and performing modification, the plastics guides sleeve was moulded by injection technique. The products have been assembled to the 77 t mining dumpers and the automobiles have been running for more than 3 000 hours on the mine\|site without any cylinder\|scrapes and oil\|leakage phenomens. Now the products have been put in batch process.
