摘要
本文主要阐述国内外不饱和聚酯树脂发展概况、生产能力、产量、消费及用途分配、加工技术和技术进展，并对我国的不饱和聚酯树脂工业的“十五”发展规划提出了建议。制定了２０１５年奋斗目标。
In this paper, the general development plan of UPR from 2000 to 2005 was proposed, the production capacity, consumption, application, forming and processing technique of unsaturated polyester resins at home and abroad were also discribed and the geal of developing to 2015 was set.
