摘要
针对高压断路器均压电容在10 kV试验电压下的介损试验值超标现象,对其特性进行了分析。由于均压电容器存在Garton效应,加上现场高电压、强磁场的干扰,10 kV的试验电压远低于额定电压,不能真实反映均压电容器的绝缘情况,而升高试验压或额定电压下的介损试验可以消除Garton效应的影响,真实地反映均压电容器在运行状况下的介质损耗情况,该方法对于高压断路器均压电容的现场试验和绝缘分析有较大的参考价值。
In the test of dielectric loss for the voltage sharing capacitors of high voltage breakers under the voltage of 10 kV in the substation,the testing result appears to be excessive.Based on the results,the characteristics of the voltage sharing capacitors are analyzed.Due to Garton effect in the voltage sharing capacitors,and the high voltage and magnetic interference in the test environment,the test voltage of 10 kV is much lower than nominal voltage,thus,it can not reflect the real insulation conditions of the voltage sharing capacitors.But Garton effect can be eliminated when the testing voltage or nominal voltage is raised,which can reflect the real condition of dielectric loss of the voltage sharing capacitors.The method proposed is helpful in the test of voltage sharing capacitors and it also provides reference for the analysis of insulation conditions.
