阻燃胶合板的制作与性能研究

STUDY ON PREPARATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF FLAME-RETARDANT PLYWOOD

本文采用自行研制的磷、氮类复合型（ＦＲＬ－３０２Ⅱ型）液体木材阻燃剂。开发了湿芯板冷热浸及湿表板连续性过浸后陈化一次烘干的阻燃处理新工艺，提高了生产效率和浸渍效果。采用自行研究配制的磷、氮类复合型阻燃胶粘剂进行粘接，使产品的阻燃性能符合Ｂ_１级（难燃性）建筑材料的要求，胶合强度符合Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。生产工艺简单，阻燃处理成本低，阻燃效能高，产品的物理力学性能与普通胶合板同等的特点。

The new flame-retardant treatment process including cool and hot immersion of wet core board, continuous immersion of wet veneer board, ageing and then drying once was developedusing self-made FRL-302 Ⅱ N-P complex type liquid flame retardant and the production officiency or immersion effectiveness were increased. The adhesive process using self-made N-P complex flame-retardand adhesive was also studied and showed that its flame retardant properties met with the requirment of B, degree constructure materials and the adhesive strength met with the requirment of Ⅱ degree plywood. This Process was simple, operating cost was low, flame-retardant effectiveness was good and its physical and mechanical properties were the same as that of common plywood.
