摘要
采用热模压工艺,制备了3mm短碳纤维增强BMI复合材料。探讨了预浸料中挥发份含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了试样的显微结构,测试并分析了复合材料试样的气孔率和力学性能。
Bismaleimide (BMI) composite material reinforced by 3mm short carbon fibre was prepared and effect of volatile content in preimpregnating stock on its mechanical properties was investigated. The microstructure of test sample was showed by SEM and the porosity and its mechanical properties were also determined.
