摘要
本文对不同金属掺入 BaFBr: Eu^(2+)光激励发光进行了研究,通过测试发现 Al^(3+)掺入可以提高 光激励发光的强度,并使其激励光谱红移,本文报道了制备过程。
The photostimulated luminescence (PSL) materials of BaFBr: Eu^(2+) by doping different sorts of metal ions were studied. The material BaFBr: Eu^(2+)doping with Al^(3+) showed a strong intensity of PSL and the peak of PSL spectrum shift to longer wavelength. The preparation of BaAlFBr: Eu^(2+) was also reported in this paper.
