摘要
简要介绍了国内外700MPa级超高强钢的研究进展,重点讨论了珠钢利用薄板坯连铸连轧流程,采用钛微合金化技术开发的700MPa级超高强钢。珠钢开发的700MPa级超高强钢组织主要为细小的准多边形铁素体构成,平均晶粒直径为2.9~3.8um,超高强钢具有良好的成形性能和焊接性能。
The paper summarized the research of 700MPa ultra-high strength steel at home and aboard.700MPa ultra-high steel was developed by adopting Ti microalloying technology in Zhujiang TSCR line.The microstructure of the 700MPa steel was mainly small quasi-polygonal ferrite,and the average grain size was from 2.9 to 3.8 μm.The ultra-high strengthen steel has good formability and weldability.
