摘要
介绍了热轧机组夹送辊装置上下辊磨光器应用技术的发展及其在本钢2 300mm机组上的应用。本钢根据磨光器投入使用以后的实际情况,对设备的控制参数、控制方式进行优化和调整,有效地改善了磨光器的实际应用效果,延长了夹送辊的使用寿命,提高了带钢产品的表面质量。
The paper introduced the development of application technology of the Polisher of the upper and lower pinch roller and its application on BX Steel HSM 2300mm hot rolling mills.According to the practice situation after using polisher,the control parameters and control manners of equipments were optimized and adjusted.The actual application effect was improved,the application life was extended and the surface quality of the products was improved.
