摘要
设计并实现了伺服电机测试实验平台,该平台是以计算机为核心组成的数字化测试系统。电机的各类信号通过PCI数据采集卡I、SA采集卡和串口传送给计算机。该测试系统能够模拟实现变负载摩擦、变间隙和变转动惯量等多种功能,并对特定的伺服系统以控制精度和速度为主要指标,在测试实验平台上进行了测试。
This paper designs and realizes an experimental platform used for testing servo motor.This platform is a digital testing system based on PC.All kinds of signals in DC motor are collected from PCI data board,ISA data board and serial interface and transferred to PC.At present the function of many motor testing systems is simple.Aiming at this problem,the designed testing system could implement alterable friction of the load,alterable clearance and alterable moment of inertia.Certain servo system is tested on the experimental platform according to the guideline of control precision and velocity.
