摘要
将分散的过程控制课内实验,按其内在联系与顺序进行内容的串联与综合,将Matlab仿真引入过程控制系统实物装置实验,以实测得到的实验对象模型为仿真原型,按照控制系统装置的实际情况构建Simulink仿真模型进行Matlab仿真,再用仿真得到的控制参数选取实验参数。设计的实验包括模型测试、简单系统实验和复杂系统实验,实验手段采用Matlab仿真与实物实验相结合的综合性实验,以提高实验效率与教学效果。以液位串级控制系统综合性实验教学实例,阐述了实验教学方法。
A series of experiments are decentralized in the course of Process Control System,in accordance with the inherence relation and the sequence of the experiment content,which is integrated the organic synthesis,to apply the Matlab simulation in the experiment of process control system,which is set on the real experiment device.According to actual measurement it gains the model of the experiment target which serves as the prototype of the simulation,and in terms of the real situation of the experiment device establishing the Simulink model,using the Simulink model proceeds the Matlab simulation obtains parameters(PID controller) of the control system,then using these parameters guides the experiment to run the real device of the control system.Experiment contents are designed which comprise the model measurement of real target;and all experiments are from simple system to complex system.The tool of the comprehensive experiment adopts the combination which is the Matlab simulation with the experiment on real device.To apply this method can improve the efficiency of experiment and attain good results of teaching.The level cascade control system is served as an example which emphasizes to illustrate the method of experiment teaching and it represents to obtain good teaching results,it can also apply the simulation method on other experiment teaching of control engineering course.
