摘要
普通高校资金短缺影响了实训基地的建设,从而影响了学生的就业。提出建立"零成本"学生实训基地的新模式。根据多年的研究与实践,总结了"零成本"实训基地的几大要素及如何建立、管理"零成本"实训基地的几项有效措施。
The construction of practice base is affected by short of funds in universities,and it affects the students employment.The establishing novel mode of practice base of ＂zero cost＂ is put forward.The several essential factors of ＂zero cost＂ practice base are summarized according to many year＇s research and practice,and advanced several effective measures of how to construct and manage ＂zero cost＂ practice base are summarized as well.
