Livin和Smac在大肠癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

摘要 目的检测Livin和Smac在人大肠癌组织中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法收集42例大肠癌组织和22例正常大肠组织,用免疫组织化学方法和RT-PCR检测Livin和Smac的蛋白及mRNA表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中Livin的表达率高于正常大肠组织(P<0.001),Smac的表达率则低于正常大肠组织(P<0.001),Livin与Smac的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Livin和Smac可能是大肠癌细胞凋亡信号传导通路中的重要环节。
