摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用等效分割与耦合自由度法两种方法对某罐车罐体垂向载荷施加方法进行分析,并就两种方法的计算结果作了详细的比较。通过对比分析表明,两种方法的计算结果很接近,并且等效分割法随着分割份数的增加,其分析结果收敛于耦合自由度法的结果,基本能满足工程设计要求。
Analysis of vertical load method for the tanker is studied through the methods of equivalent segmentation and coupling degrees of freedom by using the finite element software ANSYS.The results of the two methods are compared detailed at the same time.It shows that the two results are very coincident by analysis.With the increase of divided shares,the result of equivalent segmentation method converges to the result of coupling degrees of freedom method.Both the two metods can meet the general engineering design requirements.
