摘要
通过高温焙烧硝酸盐分解法,制备了以Ni为活性组分的β-氧化铝型六铝酸盐复合金属氧化物BaNiAl11O19-δ催化剂,并通过XRD、XPS、TPR和TGA等实验技术,对催化剂的结构和性质进行了考察.结果表明,还原态六铝酸盐BaNiAl11O19-δ对二氧化碳重整甲烷制合成气的反应具有较高的催化活性和稳定性,在780℃、18h稳定实验过程中,CH4和CO2转化率分别保持在96.6%和94.8%以上.催化剂积炭量仅为1.98%(质量分数),而且并未因少量积炭而使催化剂活性下降.
In this paper,β-Alumina type hexaaluminate oxides BaNiAl11O19-δ catalyst was propared by decomposition of corresponding nitrates and calcination at high temperature, in which Ni was the active component. The structure and properties of BaNiAl11O19-δ were investigated .using XRD, XPS, TPR and TGA techniques. The results showed that the re f duced hexaa1uminate BaNiAl11O19-δ exhibit significant catalytic activity and stability for CO2reforming of methane to synthesis gas at 780℃ for 18 h, the conversion of CH4 and CO2 are kept over 96. 6% and 94. 8%, respectively, the .amount of the carbon deposition is only 1. 98%. No deactivation occurs because only a litt1e carbon deposition is formed on catalysts.
