HXD3型机车在宝成线高坡地段运用一年多来,在大幅度提高西安铁路局入川运输能力的同时,暴露出不少运用质量方面的问题。通过深入的现场调研和细致的原因分析,制定了相应的解决对策,保证高坡运行安全和入川通道畅通。

HXD3 locomotive was used into gradient section of PCC line more than a year.It brought Xi＇an Railway Bureau a substantial increase in transportation capacity of entering Sichuan,and exposes many motion quality problems.Through in depth investigation and detailed analysis in causes,corresponding solutions are developed to ensure the safe operation of gradient section and roads unobstructed of entering Sichuan.
