两岸持续性合作机制思考——基于社会整合理论的视角

The Thinking of Persistent Cooperation of Cross-straits——Arising From the View of Social Integration Theory

在两岸关系和平发展的过程中,岛内政局和两岸关系出现了若干落差,如经济关系的密切与政治僵局无法突破,岛内经济回稳与执政当局政局掌控力的下降,大陆惠台政策的深入与岛内民众中国认同趋淡等,一定程度上制约两岸关系朝纵深发展,影响两岸持续交流、合作的广度和深度。在两岸政治互信尚未建立,全方位交流无法有效增进岛内民众中国认同的情况下,本文尝试从社会整合理论出发,探索建立社会整合机制,推动两岸持续合作的方法和途径,以夯实两岸合作的社会基础,为两岸持续合作注入新的动力。

In the course of the peaceful development of cross-straits relations,there were some gaps which affect the depth and breadth of cooperation in cross-straits communication to some extent in the Taiwan＇s political situation and cross-strait relations,such as its economic linked with the region remained strong and political stalemate couldn＇t break through,Taiwan＇s economy recovered and the power of ruling authorities decreased,the degree of China's Mainland preferential policies to Taiwan deepened and the Taiwan＇s common people China identification devalued.With the situation of cross-straits political mutual trust wasn＇t yet built and comprehensive communication couldn＇t increase Taiwan＇s common people China identification,this article tried to set up social integration mechanism through social integration theory to promote Cooperation across Taiwan Straits,echance cross-straits social basis and instill Energy for cross-straits persistent cooperation.
