脑梗死出血转化病例分析
摘要
以往关于出血性脑梗死病因分析多局限于脑栓塞后大面积脑梗死,最近国外文献报导脑梗死后脑微出血应引起广泛关注。本文就2例脑梗死出血转化病例进行分析、探讨。
