摘要
对2 , 6 - 二异丙基苯酚与异戊二烯合成人造麝香DDHI 进行了放大试验研究。最佳条件为: C- 2/DIPP= 1-4 ( w/w) ; IP: DIPP= 1-3 ( mol/ mol) ; 反应温度为95 ℃; 滴加时间(3 ~2-5) 小时, 平均收率达88-5 % , 高于小试收率。生产中还应该考虑到初产品中的重组分含量来及时调整原料配比。发现DDHI的副产为新型抗氧剂, 可应用于PP 及SBS 作抗氧化剂,废物的利用可降低DDHI 生产成本。
The technology of synthesizing hydroxyindan musk DDHI from 2,6-diisopropylphenol with isoprene is studied in the pilot-plant. The optimum synthetic conditions are defined as follow: C-2 cat./2,6-dissopropylphenol=1 4(w/w);isoprene/2,6-diisopropyphenol=1 3 (mol/mol);the reaction temperature is 95℃;the reaction time is about (3~2 5)h.The yield is 88 5%.It is much more than the small-scale experiment and any others.It is necessary to regulate the mass ratio of the raw materials according to the quantity of the heavy components.The new antioxidants HD are the by-products of DDHI, and they can be used as the thermal oxidation aging in PP or SBS processing.
